Terms of service

Plain-language terms. Last updated: 18 October 2026. A lawyer has not reviewed this text yet.

What we sell

Instant ATS Check: an automatic, AI-only report that compares one CV with one job posting. One license key allows one check. There is no human review in this product.
Tailored CV and reviewed checks: a service delivered by a person using AI tools, ordered and paid on Fiverr under Fiverr's terms.

What the report is, and is not

The readiness score is our own method. It is not an official ATS result, and real ATS products do not publish one. The report can contain mistakes. It does not promise interviews, job offers or any outcome. You decide what to put in your CV and you are responsible for it being true.

Your license key

A key is for one check on one CV and one posting, and for the buyer only. Do not share or resell keys. If a check fails on our side, the key is not used and you can try again.

What you may upload

Only your own CV or one you have permission to use, and a public job posting. Do not upload anything unlawful or other people's sensitive data.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, and may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the check.

Payments and refunds

Instant checks are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and taxes. See the refund policy. Fiverr orders follow Fiverr's rules.
